Oliver gained a national profile when he led the fight for justice on behalf of hundreds of British victims of the PIP breast implant scandal, recovering substantial compensation in the French courts. He is also known for his campaigning work on behalf of mothers and their babies who have been let down by our maternity services.
Oliver has won compensation totalling in excess of £5m in a number of high profile cases, including a multi-million pound settlement for an aspiring Olympic athlete who needed a below knee amputation as a result of a failure to diagnose septic arthritis.
